Assemblée générale de l’Arbeitskreis 2025, Bonn

The annual meeting of the Arbeitskreis Provenienzforschung e.V. will take place in Bonn from September 8 to 10, 2025 in the auditorium of the Kunstmuseum Bonn. This year’s meeting is being jointly organized by the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelm-Universität Bonn and the Arbeitskreis. The conference will focus on transdisciplinary cooperation and its potential for provenance research. The aim is to bring together perspectives from a wide range of disciplines involved in provenance research, such as art history, anthropology, law and history. All historical contexts are to be considered and brought into a dialog. The conference will take place at the Kunstmuseum Bonn, Helmut-Kohl-Allee 2, 53113 Bonn (https://www.kunstmuseum-bonn.de). Online participation via Zoom is possible. The conference language is English. Registration is required for participation both in person and online.

Participation is also open to non-members of the Arbeitskreis.
